However, on the other hand, in fairness, they responded to my subsequent email promptly when I inquired regarding some of the available Samsung products on their website. I asked if some older cases would fit newer phones. They immediately indicated these were only for older models.

However, the slow and somewhat unhelpful customer service and the significant shipping delay left a little bit of a bad taste.
