Finding Ndfinitee

Product Quality
The “SUPER ABSORBENT NON-SLIP MAT” arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. It looks and feels as advertised. However, the “Padded Coat Stand-collar Double-faced Fleece Jacket” was somewhat of a letdown. While it appears decent in the pictures, the actual jacket had thinner padding than I expected. Also, it runs smaller than typical sizing for clothing in the USA, and feels cheap compared to what I expected to receive. Furthermore, the material isn’t as soft as the name implies. I probably wouldn’t have purchased the item if I had seen it in person at a physical shop.
Customer Support Experience
Since the “Padded Coat Stand-collar Double-faced Fleece Jacket” was not what I expected, I decided to contact customer support on Ndfinitee to find out about options for returning the coat. I visited the “Contact Us” page and sent an email to them. It took three days to get a response. While the customer service representative was polite, the return policy was disappointing. They offered a partial refund, but the cost of shipping the coat back to them wasn’t worth it, so I decided to accept the partial refund and donate the coat. While I appreciate that they responded, the return process made me not want to order any clothing items from them again. I am somewhat disappointed with this experience, but I also understand that ordering online is always a risk.
Overall Impression
Overall, my experience with Ndfinitee was somewhat disappointing. I would say my feelings are neutral. The website needs improvement in its usability, and communication regarding shipping should also be improved. I am also not very happy about the clothing item, but I am satisfied with the bath mat I received. The customer service could be faster, but at least I did get a response. In the future, I would be willing to order items from them if I needed an item similar to the bathmat that I bought.
